What this audit is
An enterprise-level diagnostic across multiple functions. We baseline your KPIs, map the value stream and systems, surface cross-team bottlenecks, and design a target operating model and roadmap—so you can sequence change with confidence. Implementation is not included in this package.

How we run it (20 business days)
Align (Days 1–3): Executive kickoff, goals, constraints, access plan, success metrics.
Discover & Baseline (Days 4–8): 10–15 stakeholder interviews, system & data inventory, KPI tree and current baselines.
Map & Measure (Days 9–12): Cross-functional value-stream map, handoffs, queues/WIP, cycle/lead times, rework, cost-of-delay.
Root-Cause & Risks (Days 13–15): 5 Whys, Pareto, dependency/risk register, policy/process/tool/data constraints, security/compliance notes.
