What this audit is
An enterprise-level diagnostic across multiple functions. We baseline your KPIs, map the value stream and systems, surface cross-team bottlenecks, and design a target operating model and roadmap—so you can sequence change with confidence. Implementation is not included in this package.

What’s not included in this package

Timeline & cadence

10 business days to deliver the audit. Cadence: weekly 15–30 min checkpoint + private Slack/email with 1-business-day response time. After delivery, we offer 14 days of Q&A only to help you launch the plan (no hands-on build).

What if our data is messy or incomplete?

We can baseline from samples/logs and call out data-quality tasks in the action plan (field standards, dedupe rules, naming conventions). You’ll still get clear owners and definitions to prevent backsliding.
