What this audit is
A fast, no-fluff diagnostic on a single business function. We map how work actually flows, pinpoint where time and money leak, and hand you a 14-day, owner-assigned plan with clear metrics and risks—ready to execute with us or in-house.
How we run it (10 business days)
Diagnose (Days 1–3): 3–5 stakeholder interviews, logs/metric pulls, “how it really works” capture.
Map & Measure (Days 4–5): Swimlanes, handoffs, wait times, error/rework, SLA misses, queue lengths, WIP.
Root-Cause (Days 6–7): 5 Whys, Pareto, failure modes; separate symptoms from causes (policy/process/tool/data).
Prioritise (Days 8–9): Impact × effort matrix; Now / Next / Later with success metrics and risks.
Playback (Day 10): Walkthrough; align owners, timelines, acceptance criteria.
Light execution support (Days 11–14): We stay available to help kick off, unblock, and validate early wins.
